Yes it would feel quite nice on your throat. Popsicles are my favorite when I have a sore throat.brbrNow if you have a cold sinus problems then you may not want to have ice cream because milk products are mucus producing sorry I know that isnt a very yummy thought.brbrSorry you arent feeling well
