Do I pay for using the web cam?
if I communicate or chatt any part of Africa, Europe , Asia or America, do I am expected to pay any service charge ?

Download Skype for free and u can talk anywhere in the world, if u want. The only charge u pay will be to yr internet provider. I have Skype and talk to family in the UK and in Canada. Like i said, its free.
