Do i have to pay my TV licence if i cant recieve the bbc?
our tv wont tune in to any BBC channel and my TV licence is needing renewal but i dont want to pay because i cant get the BBC even with a digibox, do i still have to pay?

The so called TV Licence, brbrIs infact the Broadcast Receiving LicencebrbrYou MUST have a Licence if you have any type of equipment capable of receiving ANY State Licenced television broadcasts in the United Kingdom NOT just the BBC ANY Broadcast and at anytime you use the equipment to receive broadcasts.brbrHowever you can own a detuned TV Set connected to a DVD player, or a detuned VCR brbrBut I suspect TV Licencing will pester you unless you Physically disable the units Tuner
